Child Nutrition Summer Workshop Day 1 - July 30, 2025
Join fellow child nutrition professionals at this annual event to attend training sessions related to managing compliant school nutrition programs. Receive updates and guidance on operating the National School Lunch, School Breakfast and After School Care Programs to comply with federal and state guidelines. Professional standards credits will be provided to help meet annual training requirements. Participants may choose from a variety of interactive training sessions on the second day, July 30, 2025.

Basic procurement and inventory management in relation to menu planning. As well as steps for successful menu planning utilizing menu development resources and effective marketing techniques.

This course is not designed to teach the programmatic concepts of operating the NSLP and SBP.
